主要承担了生物科学专业《植物生理学》《生物统计学》《植物组织培养》等课程的讲授。主持江西省高校教学改革项目1项，获得省级教学成果二等奖1项（排名第四），校级教学成果一等奖2项（排名第二）。指导学生 获江西省“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛铜奖。

科研情况

主持完成国家自然科学基金项目1项；主持完成省自然科学基金项目和省科技厅科技支撑重点计划项目等省部级项目8项。发表论文40余篇，论文引用100次。获江西省高等学校科技成果奖二等奖1项（第二）、吉安市科技进步奖二等奖1项（第二）。
